The New York Giants announced Tuesday, Aug. 30, that they placed DL Marvin Austin (pectoral) on Injured Reserve and put WR Ramses Barden (ankle) and OL Adam Koets (knee) on the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform list. Also, the team waived WR Duke Calhoun (hamstring).

The giants and jets got a special exemption due to the delayed game by Irene. They can keep85 until 4 pm friday

The New York Giants placed LB Clint Sintim (knee) on Injured Reserve Friday, Sept. 2, and waived CB Darnell Burks, WR Todd Watkins, OG Brant Clouser and DT Ibrahim Abdulai.
